Logistics Dashboards
GarmentFlow's Logistics workspace surfaces five analytical pages. Each one answers a specific question; together they form the daily-monitoring kit for a logistics manager.
The dashboards, by question
"What does production need to start, and is it ready?" → Production Bridge — the materials demand from in-flight Batches.
"What's coming in this week?" → Inbound Tracker — incoming PRs across all open POs.
"What's the state of logistics overall, and how are our suppliers performing?" → Logistics Overview and Supplier Readiness — operational dashboard plus supplier scorecards.
"Did the materials we planned to use match what we actually used?" → Material Reconciliation — planned vs actual consumption variances.

When to read them
Most logistics managers open the Production Bridge and the Inbound Tracker first thing every morning, then check Logistics Overview mid-day, and pull Material Reconciliation weekly for the longer reviews.
